The two principals of Buy-Fix-Sell Properties Inc., are Barbara
Borrego and Douglas Morgan. Both life partners and business
partners they have collaborated for many years on numerous
construction projects, remodels and house "flips". The business,
Buy-Fix-Sell Properties was incorporated in 2004 after Doug
concluded his high tech career at Agilent Technologies That same
year he joined Barbara in handling a growing business enterprise
which she worked in for the past 20 years.
The partnership relies on each contributor’s strengths, Barbara has
the design eye and therefore takes the lead in working with
customers to satisfy their design needs. Doug handles the project
management aspects of the various projects from timetables to
materials acquisition and produces the various spreadsheets
necessary to keep the customer involved and the budget up to
date. While there is a great deal of overlapping in the work agenda,
each principal draws from their strengths, serves as a sounding
board for the other and the customer. It is this collaboration which
is responsible for producing an excellent work product and many
satisfied customers.
The company has developed a long list of vendors including
craftsmen, handymen, contractors, architects and suppliers who
can be involved to round out the right team to meet the customer’s
specific project goals. We handle large and small projects from
freshening a room with paint, new doors and base and crown
molding on a modest budget, to handling whole house remodels.
We can do it all.
As experienced “Flippers”, we are keenly aware of the need to
prioritize a budget to get the most impact and value. We also
understand the need for completing the project in a timely fashion
and keeping the Client updated and involved. We are not done
until the client is satisfied.
